We are looking for a C level executive who will lead our commercial strategy . The CCO will make sure that all functions of the organization are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives. Candidate will act and think as a leader, will align the commercial department's values while inspiring confidence and generating excitement, enthusiasm and commitment towards the mission.

What you'll be doing
  • Achieve the strategic commercial objectives of the company
  • Develop strategic direction and plans for the company with regard to all commercial functions including sales, marketing, business development and customer support/customer experience
  • Approve short and long term marketing plans
  • Negotiate major business deals
  • Approve the pricing and positioning of the products
  • Manage overall performance of the customer service department
  • Participate in the preparation of the business plans for the company
  • Follow up on the daily sales achievements and report to the CEO on a regular basis
  • Suggest corrective actions in case the sales are below the target
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus (MBA or a related field)
  • 5-10 years of commercial management experience
